The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the Middle District of Louisiana for § 341 meetings being held on or after October 1, 2023. Rescheduling a 341(a) Meeting of Creditors

In Chapter 7 cases, all requests to reschedule the meeting of creditors should be made through the U.S. Trustee's office pursuant to Local Rule 2003-1(c).  In Chapter 13 cases, all requests to reschedule the meeting of creditors should be made through the Chapter 13 Trustee's office.
