Electronic Evidence System
This court has the capability for attorneys to present evidence electronically. The Electronic Evidence Guide will take you through the instructions on how to use the system. It is also very important for the attorney who wishes to use the system to contact chambers prior to the scheduled court date. Please remember the attorney presenting the evidence must provide copies of all exhibits to all parties, the official record, the court and the law clerk unless otherwise ordered.
To ensure that your exhibits are displayed correctly in the courtroom, contact the Information Technology Department to schedule an opportunity to test your laptop and familiarize yourself with the control panels available to you. They can be reached at 225-346-3303.
