Electronic Declaration
(Local Rule Form 1)
This declaration must be received by the court within five days of filing the petition per Local Rule 1008-1(b)
The original declaration must be either mailed or hand-delivered to the Clerk's Office.
Do not file this declaration electronically.
Electronic Signatures
All documents must contain electronic signatures of the party or parties per Local Rule 1008-1(a).
example: s/John Q. Doe
Scanning Documents
Your scanning software should be configured to the following settings:
resolution: 150 or 200 dpi
text: black/white or bitmap (no color)
Please proofread to ensure legibility BEFORE filing the document.

Motions for Relief from Stay
Movers should include documentation confirming that the mover is authorized to enforce the note.
Ex-parte Motion for Relief from Stay Orders with the waiver of a 10 day period should not be routinely submitted.

Debtor's Change of Address
Always remember to keep addresses current with the court. If you move and fail to change your address, you will not receive notices from the court which could result in dismissal of your case.
