The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Louisiana now gives you the option of electronic noticing in bankruptcy cases in lieu of paper notices via the U.S. Mail. There are three options available for electronic noticing:

1. Internet E-Mail - requires that your e-mail provider use Delivery Service Notification (DSN) to confirm receipt of e-mail notices,
2. Electronic Data Interchange - Normally for high volume users,
3. Fax Noticing.
