Due to concerns involving the security of the court's electronic filing system, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has determined that public logins can no longer be allowed. Therefore, attorneys must now have a login and password to the CM/ECF system in order to file at the public terminal in the Clerk's Office. The court no longer has public logins for the public filing station. Attorneys must attend an electronic filing training class in order to receive a login. Training dates are provided on our website. If an attorney has already received training either in this court or in any other federal court, Local Form # 7 can be completed and returned to Chad Smith to receive a login and password. This notice does not affect any attorney that files remotely.
