- Windows or Macintosh based petition and word processing software
- Scanner is a possible need if documents are not in your word processor or petition software

* Currently CM/ECF sessions can be established using most Internet browsers including (Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, & Internet Explorer). DO NOT use (AOL) America Online's version of Netscape Navigator, or a version of Navigator lower than 3.0.
** PDF creation software, such Adobe Acrobat, is needed if you plan to create pdf files. Be sure not to confuse Adobe Acrobat with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Reader version of Acrobat will not allow you to create .pdf files, only view them.
